Snaggle Foot Recognized as a Military Friendly Franchise
PET CARE SERVICE RANKED IN 2011 MILITARY FRIENDLY FRANCHISE LIST FOR FEE DISCOUNTS FOR ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL
June 20, 2011 – Snaggle Foot has earned a place on the 2011 Military Friendly Franchise List, an annual roster of the top 7 percent of the nation's franchises that are doing exceptional work to recruit military veterans. The national pet care franchise was selected because of the special incentives and recruiting efforts for military and military families.
"It's truly an honor to be recognized on the Military Friendly Franchise list," says Karen Cockrill, founder and president of Snaggle Foot Dog Walks & Pet Care. "We take great pride in recognizing the service of America's men and women in the armed forces by offering them and their families special discounts and reduced rates off our start-up costs. We know that serving in the armed forces requires courage, discipline, dedication and sacrifice. By offering military personnel and military families special consideration when launching a Snaggle Foot franchise, we help encourage another American value — the spirit of entrepreneurship."
The annual Military Friendly Franchise List is developed by G.I. Jobs magazine, which conducts an extensive survey of companies nationwide. The survey considers a franchise's success in recruiting military and veterans, measures a franchise's non-financial efforts to recruit and retain military and veterans, and also looks at companies' financial commitment to recruit and retain military and veterans.
